"When we determined that we needed an outside perspective to help us describe our work, our website designer recommended Janette Lonsdale from The Red Stairs.

"We became so entrenched in our own business world that we forget to use language that everyone will understand.  The disability world is full of acronyms and key phrases that those of us who provide services use every day.
